I hope you all made it back safely to New Jersey.

I just wanted to thank you again for a wonderful evening. I was very impressed with your philosophy and teaching skills, and would welcome the opportunity for my son Troy to be able to volunteer on your ship.

If you recall you met him last Saturday on the evening sail...the 12 year old boy with the lobster hat and fun guy tee shirt. He did talk about wanting to help on your return visits this August and September. If you let us know your schedule I will forward you his availability. Because of previous arranged commitments he will have limited availability, but if all goes well this season and his interest holds, I would love to keep his schedule open for next summer so he can commit more time.

By the way, Troy has already started practicing a few knots: half hitch, double half hitch, square knot and bowline. I'll see if I can get him to get on the blog.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the wonderful evening my husband and I had last night aboard your ship. I think you two special ordered the wonderful weather just for us. A big thanks to you and your crew. PS tell Tom it was great speaking to him. I have been on speed boats and ocean liners, but last night was my very first trip aboard a sailing ship and I must say I think it has to be my most memorable form of water transport!!! This experience ranks up there with camping under the stars in the Rocky Mountains.

It was very hard for me to leave the ship. You almost had a stow away. Thank you again for the gift. My husband Ed is a Science teacher in the Jersey City School system and was given the tickets as a gift for facilitating the fair. So generous of you!! I hope everyone who you offered this gift to was able to take advantage of it!

We will be back sailing with you again (I hope for a longer journey) and I will tell everyone I know what an unforgettable experience it is. It was worth the wait after so many storm delays!!!!!
