We are still in Georgetown. I am flying home on May 11 for Nick's graduation from UNO and returning on May 16. David is staying here with the boat while I am gone. We are on a mooring at the St Francis Resort. We will start heading north when I return.

While we are here waiting we have been busy enjoying the area and catching up with old friends. We enjoyed the regatta the first week we were here. This past week we went to lunch at Lumina Point resort (lobster pizza was great), went to the Thursday night BBQ and band poolside at the Peace and Plenty, went to a Cinco de Mayo get together at flip flop beach, went to a Kentucky Derby party at St Francis, and of course hanging out at the Chat and Chill. Notice how everything revolves around food and drink.

We also met a couple from Covington, La here on their boat, Adrianne and Clifford Monaghan. They actually knew Tim and Rosanne(my brother and sister in law) and couldn't believe they ran into another boat from home out here. We enjoyed spending time with them before they moved on.
