On the second week of my cruise, Chris joined us, having left Lily safely tucked up in a small boatyard. This second week involved us travelling up the Adriatic taking in Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia and Venice. Highlights?? Obviously spending time with Alice and Sveto, but the special memories will be leaving Venice as we sailed past the Doges Palace and Bridge of Sighs, waving madly to locals and tourists in the small boats accompanying us, and leaving Kotor, Montenegro, a 2 hour sail down a fjord like river. We loved the Dalmation Coast and will definitely return.
But all too soon, it came to an end and we returned to Lily for a couple of days before flying back to UK for a brief visit to family.
