HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE. Our friends, Jim and Lindsey Perrow, have joined us for Thanksgiving Day Dinner prepared on board Liquid Therapy. Now this is easier in some respects than a regular kitchen as everything is within arms reach. No running across the kitchen back and forth to the frig and dining room getting all the table setting just right. But, the downside is that there is not room to work in. So, lots of moving things short distances. Of course having Lindsey and Jim to talk with was fun and the time flew. I cooked a turkey breast all day on slow and fiddled with lumps in my gravy for hours as we fixed everything else. Everything else was:
Spinach soufflé
Sweet Potato casserole
stuffing
biscuits
salad
Sauvignon Blanc
We then walked to the restaurant for chocolate mousse for desert. Quite a meal.
