Docked Manteo Waterfront Marina, NC

We’ve had a great five days at Manteo. It’s a great walking town with restaurants, shops and just a good place to walk.

We’ve met lots of other boaters. One boat is named Aquaholic. Now that will be some funny radio traffic calling that boat. Over the VHF radio it would start like “Aquaholic, Aquaholic, Aquaholic this is Liquid Therapy, Liquid Therapy, over”. I might just call them tomorrow as we are both heading to Ocracoke. The Coast Guard might intervene. HA.
We are getting underway early tomorrow as it will be about a 9 hour passage. The weather is supposed to be good with a North wind about 10 knots and we are headed south. We should have a good ride. I’ve done all my engine room check and Liquid Therapy is eager to get going.
