We sold Livingwell! A exciting and very sad day combined. At least the couple Steve and Carrie and their son Eathan are great people who are really going to use and enjoy the boat. The push now is to get the new boat into the water, so we can get back living in our own place. We were lucky to have friends Chris and Lori who are letting us stay on their boat in the interm. Thanks again Chris and Lori. I will be documenting the refit or should I say major refit of the new Livingwell on this site.

The first project is to remove the main saloon windows and replace with fixed double insulated e-glass, and get the bottom sanded and painted. we removed the prop and will be taking it to be reworked this week.

Ongoing Research:
1) New refridgeration, looking at frigaboat with keel cooling
2) New dingy, looking at AB hard bottom inflatable 11' with 30 hp with steering station

These are two of the BIG ticket items we have to purchace.
We are only able to work on the boat on weekends right now but are going to move to 3 days a week soon.
