Points to ponder.

Tomorrow is day 10.
Supposedly I will wake with a body that is ready to just walk forever...
I'm excited to test that theory!!
Blisters, bursitis, tendonitis, and fatigue due to the heat have taken their toll on the old and young alike along this way.
Conversations are fascinating.
Some are deep.
Some just a check in to make sure your fellow pilgrim is okay before moving on.
Alone time has been wonderful and I love it...
Then I find myself longing for company and enjoying it much...
I have developed a deeper appreciation for the luxury of friendships, old and new.
Each day I try to walk with someone special to me on my mind...today was Dillon and Julie.
I'm not as harsh or critical of my body these days...
I'm so thankful for my strength and my health.
I'm allowing myself the luxury of a cold beer or a yummy tapa and loving it without beating myself up!
I'm walking closer to God...
I know He's walking closer to me.
I'm missing my Nev more than I could've imagined...
and I'm more grateful for him than ever before.
Thanks for the encouraging comments and calls and texts...
You inspire me to continue!
