Not much to report today. I am dealing with an infected leg from being dragged across coral by a kite over a month ago, so I am moving a little slowly. We took advantage of a rainy day and good internet in the sailors lounge to book tours and hotels for our land-tour of the North and South Islands starting November 9. Available dates are evaporating fast! But we got places for a kayak tour of Doubtful Sound in Fjordland for Nov. 30

And I finished two big projects on the boat - replumbing the head to holding tank valves, and fishing the new vhf cable the rest of the way to the radio.

We went to the marina cafe for dinner. Since tomorrow is Halloween, some people were dressed up. But since they are mostly sailors making do with whatever is on their boat, many costumes consisted of life jackets.
