Well we managed to fix the windlass today with the winds coming down and the rain holding off sufficiently to make things work. As we really haven't seen much from Annapolis other than rain we plan on staying for a few more days in order to learn more of the area. Planning on hitting the Smithsonian tomorrow as a start!

Even though it was raining yesterday we did go in and tour around a bit to stretch our legs.
