Back South

Rick
We departed Eleuthera and headed south back to Warderick Wells one of our favorite places in the Bahamas, its an amazing Bahamian Land and Sea park with water gin clear. Our plan is to head further souht to Conception Island to spend a few days there. The island was amazing the last time we were there three years ago, miles of elkhorn coral and remarkable sea life. The anchorage is somewhat exposed and its a 75 mile trip from where we are now across to the island so we are planning accordingly. Went diving today here in Black Point and missed my shots on four seperate Grouper but managed to land two Conch for dinner with the skins set aside for bait to fish with on the trip to Conception. Interesting being back at Black Rock such a small wonderful community, Hoku attended school here six weeks ago, several local kids remember her and her name, inviting her to see a movie at the school. We'll be away form internet connections for the next week,
Aloha form the Makana crew.
