Finally found a slip with parking, that allows pets (we have a cat), kids, bicycles, reasonably close to the beach in a quiet area and reasonably priced.

So we are moving to Dania and Royal Palm Marina. We'll be less than a mile from the beach and fishing pier in Dania Beach. The best part of this beach and the ones just to the south in Hollywood is the lack of people. Being south of the entrance to Port Everglades mostly local folks use these beaches so there are few crowds.

Most everything we need for shopping and such is within walking distance, when we wish to go sailing there are no bridges and if we need a haul out it is right next door to the marina.

Our phone numbers will remain the same, address to come later, now all thats left to do is get Malaya here from NC. and this evening at least our windlass motor is ready for pickup.
