A dogs life

I know a few of you dog literate humans wanted to know I was still aboard, yes, still going along for the ride. After a couple of very long stints without shore leave, now settled into regular dinghy rides first and last every day, plus excursions and lots of sleep, pretty well a dogs life - humans on hand 24/7!
France an interesting place new smells, but not all the perfumes of Paris which suits me fine. I am welcome to sit at the restaurants with the humans and win the odd frite below the table but when I try and visit every one of them as I pass during the day, the lead goes on, but who can ignore the smells!
Most of the French humans are so nice but when I was going a trip on the bus my mom was told "pas de chiens sanf dans un sac" by the lady bus driver. Their rules have met their match when faced with my mom though! She just thanked her in good Scottish blether and barged on the bus leaving Dad to promise to get a Sac. On leaving the bus she reminded us, no sac no bus back!
What does she think I would get up to on a 15 minute bus journey if I can manage the channel without a leak!
And so we bought this stupid carry bag - see photo above!
