Day 0, pinned down by an incessant wind of between 20-30knots. Night is again falling and again, we are hopeful the anchor gods will keep our 'delta' anchor nice and buried.

We are being told by forecasters that Tuesday here, will be a respite and then back we go with these winds on Wednesday. So, Im watching the forecasts carefully - looking forward to making the first leg to Cairns as soon as possible. Its rather tricky navigating on the inside of the Great Barrier Reef and that, coupled with finding a spot each night in some lee of some island with strong winds ....well....all to be solved tomorrow.
