...or, the REAL STORY
You may be wondering, how those Fries’ could stand being in Paradise, already for three months. Well, it’s tough, but we are adjusting well, I think. And we love being and doing. We’ve just returned to the Bay of La Paz after nearly a week in the islands only about 15 miles away. Here, briefly, is how we manage to enjoy life every day in paradise.
Sail three hours to Bahia Gabriel on Isla Espiritu Santos where the Magnificent Frigate colony needs to be inspected for new arrivals and expectant changes in behavior. Some half grown chicks with developed bodies and white heads and lots of little furry white ones, still in the nest.

First port in Mexico, 2016 is Chiapis Marina. Debbie and Dennis Davis joined us Feb 2 for a sailing experience on Bahia Tehuanapec. First we traveled inland.

What a house – all handcrafted out of native woods, cut on the property where the house stands, to minimize its footprint. From the water and the hillsides, only the blue roof is visible. Simply unique and lovely, an impressive work of art.
