Top of the World
Hello from Top of the World rock in Los Albas, Guatemala! Highlights from our two week trip in May to Guatemala is posted in the sailblog http://www.sailblogs.com/member/marj&davefries/. Click (older) at bottom of blog page to see more photos - there are several pages.
We've been visiting family in the Eastern Time zone USA, since June 1. Helen's high school graduation was a highlight, as she is! Traveling with Carin & Jim (marj's brother) to visit Mom's sister in Ohio was great and then on to their lovely home in Snead's Ferry, N.C. and to pick-up our sweethearts, Claire & Ruby in Charlotte, N.C. A family birthday celebration at Effie & Lee's home in VA. Return to Jane & Phil's where, Claire & Ruby will be spending the next month, while Sam joins marj & dave in flight today to Germany and then on to Netherlands to spend 3 weeks vacationing with Jonah an Corey. We'll be back in Stockton mid August. Have a great summer, yourself!

First port in Mexico, 2016 is Chiapis Marina. Debbie and Dennis Davis joined us Feb 2 for a sailing experience on Bahia Tehuanapec. First we traveled inland.

What a house – all handcrafted out of native woods, cut on the property where the house stands, to minimize its footprint. From the water and the hillsides, only the blue roof is visible. Simply unique and lovely, an impressive work of art.
