One day in El Salvador, Bahia de Jaltepeque
Amadeo picked us up in his tour boat, from our boat at 9am. And so our party with Isabel’s family began. I had asked Amadeo to take Dave and me for an all day trip to the Lempa River and invited all the family who live in their complex on the Island of Cordoncillo, and anyone of their family or friends they wanted to invite. In the boat with Amadeo was Isabel, her sister Blanca, her friend Albert (a gringo), Amadeo’s daughter-in-law, Tania, and Christina their 14 yr. niece. On our way out of the Estuary, near the marina, we picked up Amadeo’s friend, Rolando Molina, and his daughter-in-law, her friend and her three year old daughter, Alison. Rolando brought his guitar and soon began singing as we zoomed through the estuary. He was a well prepared entertainer and we really appreciated Amadeo adding this special touch to our party.
