Maverick is now in Shelter Cove, near Pope's Harbor, Nova Scotia. We sailed here from Halifax on Wednesday the 9th. We arrived in Halifax on Saturday after a 55 hour trip from Newport. Weather is fogless since Halifax and nice sailing weather for the last half of the passage to Shelter Cove. Today we will go to Spanish Ship Bay near Liscomb. We should be in the Bras d'Or Lakes by early next week.
