Ray went diving today and it was a marriage-boosting move I can tell you. He and everyone else were taken to the pearling grounds where they could dive for some black pearls. I gather they are tied on to long ropes under the water and you get to choose the one's you want. Of course, it's a lucky dip and some people came up with nothing. Ray got lucky and scored two pearls about 1cm each in diameter...I'm happy with that. Others weren't so lucky on the dive but 'every child player wins a prize' and they got to choose from a selection the guide had on hand. The bonus of course was eating all the oyster afterwards ...mmmm oysters kilpatrick...my favourite.
