Hola Amigos, What a difference 5 days make.We were cool surfer looking dudes wearing shorts and T-Shirts when we left La Paz. Now we are cold Pillsbury Doughboys. We look like Ralphie's brother in "The Christmas Story". If we fall down we are not able to get up. Off Cedros Island, 30 miles north of Turtle Bay, we met a pod of whales. There were so many whales blowing plumes of water that it reminded us of those water fountains that blow water vertically out of small holes.Luckily these whales knew the difference between a boat and another whale. Maybe the mating season is over? We have made our best time in the last 24 hours going 160 miles. Currently we are 120 miles outside of Ensenada riding with a current so making 7 knots. Our weather is holding. We continuously are thanking ML's Guardian Angles for their stellar work. Delivery Captains say that after a couple of days you get use to night watches and sleep deprivation.Right now it does not appear that Lewis is going to be a Delivery Captain when he grows up. Looks like our sons spoiled our incredible daughter in laws for Mother's Day. Good going Guys. We had Tortilla Soup for dinner and sausage, eggs and avocado for brunch. We still have the line out for Sushi. We did catch seaweed for the wrap so we are ready for the Tuna.
Happy Sweet Dreams to You until we Blog again.
