After a spectacular Memorial Day weekend at POW with Sean and Brian and their families and a birthday celebration for Irene I am now on the Amtrak train to Baltimore to rejoin Merry Mac and welcome Bill Williams for our last six legs of the trip north from Florida. The forecast has some north wind for tomorrow which may complicate the trip up the Chesapeake to the C&D canal and probably means a cold day on the water but we’ll see if that is indeed what we get. This afternoon we will lay out the new jacklines, shop for provisions, grab an early dinner and hopefully get a good night’s sleep before we shove off. Let’s hope our good luck with the weather and with Merry Mac continues. 🤞
