We finnally made it to NYC about 14:30 on Monday. At the dock at 79th St Boat Basin, Kimberly and I will be heading up the Hudson to leave the boat at Hackensack and fly back down to St Martin . I will then jump on Kurt's to bring it back North and Kimberly will head across the Atlantic as crew on a boat to Norway. We had an interesting last 24 hrs. as we sailed through one storm cell after another with winds close to 50 Knots in heavy rain and severe lightening. Another thanks to Kurt and Kimberly, great crew.

It's been a tough three days, beating and bashing our way north trying to make a few naut miles per hour into the washing machine seas and working around one front after another. On the bright side Kurt landed a nice yellow tail tuna so it was fresh sushi last night for dinner.

After all the great sailing we finally had to motor. Light and variable winds on the nose, hope for better winds soon. No mutinies yet but some close calls. Crew all doing well.
