Hello from Grenada,
Today I am trying to write my blog on my iPad. It has not worked on my previous two tries so maybe the third time is the charm. Or it is the definition of insanity. Keep doing the same over and over and expecting a different result. I have hopes this time will be the magic charm while my computer gets repaired in the states. They really do not like salt water.
Yesterday was spent removing the old house batteries and installing new ones, all four of them, each weighing over 65 lbs each. And a fun day was had by all. No need for gym membership here.
My attempts at leaving Grenada have been thwarted but with new guests arriving on Saturday, I will attempt it one more time. It is very difficult having to spend time here going to local Christmas concerts, hikes, and beaches. If I am not sweating enough, I just join in a game of volleyball in the sand. But alas the goal is to leave and spend time in other beautiful places.
With any luck the next blog will be sent from an island north of here.
This is the view out my window.

While waiting for a weather window in the Truks and Caicos, Mary died unexpectedly Jan. 6 2015 after a [...]
