Well alot is happening fast! I found a boat-trucking company that can haul Mischief to WA, if we can be ready to put it on the truck by friday! That's only 4 days away! I was able to find a boatyard that could accomodate us in Redono Beach, CA. So we headed for Redondo Beach. Leaving Catalina the weather was clear and sunny, as we neared the coast it became very foggy. On came the radar as we had to cross Los Angeles shipping lanes! It's a real bummer that sailboats only go 7-8mph, and that the big container ships, cargo ships, tankers all go 30-40mph! Sometimes I wonder if they don't have a cross-hair painted on their windshields! We had absolutely no wind today, so we motored over. Got into King Harbor at Redondo Beach about 2:30pm. For the rest of the day we began taking the boat apart - preparing Mischief to go on a truck.
Fortunately there's a great restaurant nearby!
