It was a slow start to the day with a bit of fog, drizzle and cloud before the sun broke through just before lunch. We headed off in our dinghy for another beach stroll and then filled in the afternoon with Captain Chaz having a swim and cleaning the hull and Mandy the Mate reading and getting a Thai beef curry into the shuttle chef for dinner.🍲
About 4.00pm we noticed the start of a migration of dinghies to the shore and decided that this must be Saturday Sundowners! In our haste of not wanting to miss out of meeting potential new friends we made a couple of Rookie errors.
1. Didn't pack enough booze 🍻🍹
2. Didn't pack share nibbles
3. Didn't pack a torch to find our way back to yacht in the dark😂

We will be must better prepared for next time!
Ps. 26 boats in anchorage. Next challenge is remembering who belongs to which boat.
