Departed Great Keppel on Monday morning with a good breeze and lots of sailing company as we were all making headway prior to the next big blow coming through. Caught up with my weekly bookwork and all that was happening at the business. All good there! Managed to pick up this bird along the way which was hilarious as he had a couple of attempts at landing on bow rail, fell into the water and then finally made a successful landing on the canopy where he stayed until we eventually shoed him away with a cushion. He was very happy in our company 😂.
The next few days were spent at Pearl Bay which was a delightful place, even in 30kn winds and less than favourable sleeping conditions.😣
