What a difference 24 hours can make! After a rude 5am wake up call from Captain Chaz telling me we had our best shot at a weather window we were up and sailing before 6 am😖. What I thought was going to turn out to be a long horrid day shaped up ok after the first hour or so (and me having a sookie moment). The sun came out, the wind dropped the coastal scenery was awesome and we motor sailed most of the day quite smoothly. The fridge man came as soon as we arrived in port and has us going again after replacing a thingamajig, the wine and beer are cold and sailing life is looking much better today! Not so for some, one of the catamarans we have seen around our travels was towed into port this afternoon with no mast, boom, sails or rigging. All now at the bottom of the ocean. Not a happy crew on board "Cut Snake" this evening 😢.
