As we departed Pelican Bay this morning we did sail past the sink hole from the other week, unfortunately our photo isn't that great. We crossed the Wide Bay Bar without any issues, however was relieved to get across as it is a very big bar and I certainly appreciate the skill of Captain Chaz when we take on these challenges 😊. We have motor sailed down the coast today due to the lack of wind however it has been a glorious day on the water and we have been assisted by the East coast current. Whilst we haven't seen Nemo 🐡 in our travels there were plenty of blue bottles floating out here on the ocean..never seen that before. Will spend a few days in Mooloolaba before we head home next week 😞.
