With only a week to go until we head off on our next sailing adventure preparations are in full swing.

Mocean has been hauled out of the marina, her bottom cleaned and re antifouled, planned and non planned maintenance completed (of course there is always more to be done than first expected!) but she is looking good and ready to go :)

We are still busy at work and home getting everything "ship shape" for our great staff and house sitter. Roxy our little Fox Terrier is once again well aware that something is going on, we are lucky she is happy as long as she has company and is fed of course!

This year's adventure will see us head north again, we will return to many of the anchorages from last year but hope to explore much more including the outer reefs and possibly sail as far as Townsville and Magnetic Island. We hope to have some of the children join us during the trip which always makes for lots more fun.

Captain Chaz is still fine tuning the itinerary for the first few days in accordance with the weather and I am still cooking meals, buying and packing food etc to ensure that the first week is taken care of.
