Well the last couple of days proves that sailing in the Whitsundays isn't always perfect :( We are certainly safe and secure along with about another 60 boats at Cid Harbour , but 30 knot winds, rain and the onset of cabin fever isn't helping the bad weather days pass quickly. The sky is a little brighter today so hopefully we will go ashore this afternoon to stretch our legs. We have both finished a couple of books and are starting to become crossword experts lol. Have to say I was feeling very sad for those on charter boats who have probably been looking forward to their holiday for a long time. CC also pointing out that there are a few solo sailors in the bay, who I replied that wasn't he lucky to have me for company. Got a strange little look, not at all sure why! Anyway can't go on for too much longer and then hopefully that is the last we see of bad weather for a while.
