Hot and sunny
DAY 81 - February 8th 2013 - Sapadilla Bay- Provo - Turks and Caicos
12 hours of sleep, it was lovely, we even had a couple of coffees and some scrambled eggs and chatted about our day before, I said to Doug it was like giving birth "painful while delivering but as soon as it pops out you forget the pain in a heartbeat" that is how I felt, it is over we are safe and maybe it was not that bad. NO it was bad, I did not like it at all. After some boat cleaning inside Doug went ashore to check us in and I had a long hot shower. My head is beginning to feel better but still a bit shaken from the passage yesterday. In the afternoon we took dinghy and explored, walked the beach, it is so pretty here and very hot, Pinot had a good run. Dinner hosted by our good friends on Kathrian, very yummy.
DAY 82 - February 9th 2013 - Southside Marina - Provo
This morning we decided to move a few miles to Southside Marina, lovely morning, calm and sunny. This only took us an hour and we were met on the dock by Bob the owner, originally from Lincolnshire. Very nice marina with fast internet and a good place to stop for a week until the next cold front blows through. It is extremely hot today and we just sat under the gazebo in the shade and breeze enjoying being on land and watching a few other boats come in. In the evening Bob invited us all up to his newly built bar with a fantastic view of the bay. A good evening and enjoyed the company, good food and music. We actually stayed up to 22.00 hrs this is very late for us.
