Overcast and wet
DAY 130 - March 29th 2013 - Anegada - BVI - 18 43.356N:64 23.113W
A cold front is due over the Easter Weekend; we thought about staying at The Bitter End but decided to head over to Anegada. A nice sail and there we were, we have not been here before so it was good to make it this time. As we approached the rain clouds came in just like the predictions. After grabbing a mooring ball the heavens opened and it poured, lovely fresh water washing the decks and canvas. The dodger leaked like a sieve with this big downpour so after the canvas dried Doug sprayed the canvas to stop the leaks. Later we let go of the ball and anchored, if we are going to be here through this cold front we could save ourselves some money. Later we took dinghy shore to look around, what a difference the sun makes, not much here so and with the overcast skies was a little depressing after the beautiful anchorages we have stayed at. No cell phone coverage or internet so I am taking the opportunity for some down time, I started a book and we watched a movie after supper. The wind kept up all night but it was very comfortable at anchor.
