DAY 36 – February 1st 2014 – Culebra – 18 18.342N:065 17W
While at Blackbeard’s yesterday where we had a captain and crew meeting and decided to head to Culebra to meet Adastrian, Judy had arrived home and we thought it fun to surprise them and watch Super Bowl with them. So we pulled up anchor at 09.00 and headed out, arrived just after noon and circled Adastrian and gave Judy a nice “HELLO it’s us”. She was so surprised and Leo was happy to see us or more pleased to see Pinot. After anchoring we headed over to the dinghy dock and a walk through the town.
DAY 37 – February 2nd 2014 – Culebra –
Super Bowl night but before that we all took the day off and went over to Flamingo Beach where we walked the beach and sat in the sun while dodging the squalls coming through. We watched the game at MamaSita’s one of the little restaurants along the river to the Ferry Dock.
DAY 38 – February 3rd 2014 – Culebra
Doug took Elaine and Jim ashore while I caught up on some work as I had taken the weekend off. While ashore they met up with Our Rose and Seismic Wave and said we will meet at The Dinghy Dock at Happy Hour. So nice to meet up with them all again, such fun to go our own separate ways and then end up in the same place again.
