A quiet morning. Later, we took the dingy into the town dock and walked for a second time to the grocery store, adding a couple of hardware stores to the trip to buy a small siphon pump. The town is very quiet as people comply with the stay at home order. We did pass a few women that were going to a demonstration asking for the Governor to reopen the beaches.
The dingy engine died on the way back so I had to row us back which was exercise I needed and it felt good to work even if the oars are too short for this dingy. I polished the stove with some new cleaner i picked up but I didn't have a kitchen sponge so I used a scrubby pad which put lots of scratches in the stainless. Well, at least it is cleaner now, maybe I can find a way to polish out the scratches.
Sharon cooked pasta and mussels for dinner with a few of the shrimp thrown in. Very delicious and since the left overs wouldn't keep we ate it all, maybe a little too much, but hey look at all the rowing I did!
