Isla Cedros
16 November 2016 | Isla Cedros, BC, Mexico
We had a pleasant sail 38 miles to the south east and spent a quite night anchored outside the harbour at Cedros village on Cedros Island. The population we were told is around 3,000 people and we were told there were shops here that sold spectacles so for both reasons we weren't in a position to conduct any Lions clinics here. There is a big salt mine on the island and fishing is obviously one of the main livelihoods. The locals as usual were very friendly and stop and have a chat.
