More Mischief Wherever We Go

Season 5 begins of five months or five years - October 30th, 2015

Carriacou

10 August 2012
Here we checked into the island of Carriacou and Grenada. It took three hours so we ended up staying anchored here till next morning when we headed to Grenada. This time Michael had to deal with immigration first and then with customs and of course it was now lunch time. The immigration person was supposed to be back by 1:30 but was nowhere to be found at that time. I was in the local bar waiting for him to return. Finally someone else went and found the guy who stamped our passports and now Michael was able to go to customs. Needless to say it was now too late to head down to Tyrell Bay at the bottom of the island. We had an early dinner and went to bed.

About: The trip of the life time begins. I wonder if it will kill us...5 months or five years. Our 47 foot Jeanneau is to be our home for the next 5 years. At this stage is would be interesting to know what it would be like to spend 24/7 together.
Extra: Year three is about to start. We are heading back to Antigua to launch the boat and plan on cruising back up to St. Marten and then over to the Virgin Islands for the season.
