So far, so good. However one tends to prepare for too much wind, not the opposite. So far, after checking out off Mexico at Nuevo Vallarta at 1130 on Monday, we have had the wind in front of us all the way. We motor sailed out of Banderas Bay, and later motored part of the night in an effort to find some wind, but to no avail. We are now virtually becalmed (well, we are doing 1 knot) and trying to stay out of the way of cargo ships heading to the Panama Canal.
