Susan & I abandoned the boys into the very capable hands of our nanny, Steph, while we made a one week visit to see my Dad in New Zealand. Although short, we got to spend some quality time with him without the usual demands of raising 3 boys, and we actually had unseasonably warm weather for May in NZ.
Have had a few prospects inspect the house, but no firm commitment to rent it yet. Sold a few extraneous items at a garage sale, but the payoff for the effort is hardly worth it. Future discards may well be consigned to the roadside 'free' pile.
