Camelia
I could hear the music coming from the rink however I wasn't sure what the kids were doing until I got up close. Just like at home the kids had ice skates on skating to the music, going around and around the rink. Only difference is: it is 80 degrees outside and it's not ice they are skating on! We weren't sure what it was that they were skating on but it looked like large sheets of some sort of teflon material. The kids looked like they were having fun and didn't seem to mind that it wasn't real ice they were skating on. How cool is that! I am finding that the Mexican folk here are really quite ingenious about a lot of things when dealing with adversity.
