Wabasso Anchorage

Another short one, simply because it was a long day and I'm tired.

We left Titusville at 0700 this morning and "watched" the Orion launch from the boat as we motored out from the approaches to the marina. The quotes are there because although we heard and felt the launch we weren't able to see anything, not even a smudge in the sky. Fortunately the mission was successful and was a great start to our day.

We motor sailed all day and arrived at Wabasso Bridge anchorage at about 1600, set the hook, walked the dog and had drinks and snacks aboard Moonlight Maid.

Tomorrow will be a shorter day as we will be feeling up in Vero Beach and only traveling 30 miles to Jensen Beach, an anchorage that we have never visited before. The Admiral has decreed that we should stay somewhere that we know and where we can get properly provisioned before we head over to the Bahamas and that would mean North Lake Worth so Jensen Bach is halfway from here. We have at least a week to wait for the pet permit to arrive fro the Bahamian Government so that would be as good place to hang out as anywhere.
