We are here in Halifax and one of our bags is missing. Either the airline messed up or one of the other passengers took it.

Classic!

Considering it contained all our souvenirs if it's the latter we probably won't get it back. And since there are a number of unclaimed bags remaining on the conveyor clearly someone hasn't taken their real bag.

Unfortunate end to an otherwise perfect trip.

Hang on! Late breaking news! It turns out that one of our two bags that were both loaded on the aircraft in Amsterdam at the same time, managed to get all the way across the Atlantic but didn’t make it across the tarmac in Toronto from one aircraft to another. The good news is that it will be coming later tonight and will be delivered to us tomorrow.

Whew!
