I met the fellow whose boat we nearly dragged into last night. Single hander and very pleasant. He might not have been so accommodating if we had actually hit him but it also turned out that we were not the only boat that dragged. There was a steel hulled, home made cutter that was very heavy and it dragged as well and actually passed us. Just goes to show you that even though the tackle was in good shape if the bottom that it sits on is not soft enough to let the mooring weight settle in, it can drag over the hard.

We have brought Nelleke back in to her spot at the dock but as there is no power we are maintaining the battery banks with the solar panels and wind generator.
