Just a quick post at the end of the day.

We have had a lovely Christmas at the anchor and after a quick trip ashore to visit with our new friends at the marina we came back to have our Christmas dinner. There is a cruiser's pot luck ashore but we have decided that for it to be a full Christmas we need our own turkey diner on the boat. We were fortunate to get some really nice gifts to open this morning including some great books on how to improve my blogging skills for fun and profit.

Barb and I talked about this and have decided that, if we can, and if we are still cruising next year, we will try to fly home for Christmas.

Tonight we will make a relatively early night of it as some of our friends have offered to take us in to the propane refill station which pretty much guarantees that we will be able to be off and heading south tomorrow.
