Back in familiar territory...

....at the mooring in Annapolis

A very pleasant and surprisingly short motor up the Chesapeake from the Solomons to Annapolis. The photo on the blog is one Barb took as we were leaving the Solomons. We picked up a mooring at around two thirty, and we're very happy because at the time it was the last mooring available. it's very busy ashore and Barb and I both commented on the number of people milling around. The good news is that by far most of them were wearing masks and everybody in the stores were wearing masks so maybe somebody's getting the message.

We came ashore to buy a few supplies, to get some cash, and to get a flu shot each before we started picking up any more local bugs.

Then, we were back out to the boat to relax and enjoy the evening before it starts to rain. I have plugged the scuppers unopened water standpipe to collect water so at least we'll get something out of it.
