We sailed to Marettimo today. This is a little island off the west end of Sicily. More of everyone on the streets after 10:00pm. There is a bar and a small band playing up on the quay for the whole town's entertainment. We bought some tuna at the market this morning thinking how much we like it grilled. Took it out of the wrapper this evening and thought it felt a little wierd for fresh fish. I cut off a piece to taste and found it to be smoked. Just another surprise resulting from the language barrier. We are spending 2 nights here so we can see the island. There are supposed to be trails that go up the mountain (see photo). It should be fun.
