Croatia
July 11, We motored and sailed from SCEDRO to DRVENIK, ~25nm. The winds were very light and at one point we had all 4 sails up to push us along at ~3 knots. We ended up having a great sail for the last hour into the anchorage. As we passed by the town of Hvar we came upon this lighthouse. This is just one example of many in Croatia to mark the many islands.
Today we are going to the Kornati Islands National Park, about 8 hours to get there. We plan to spend about 2 nights there.
The pressure switch on our fresh water pump died during the day. It has been acting up the entire trip but is now completely dead. I bypassed it so we can rune the pump by turning the power switch on and off to get water. I have rebuilt this pump at least two times since having the boat but never had to replace the switch. I will come back next year with two switches so that I will have a spare. As we continue our voyages I learn of more and more spares to carry.
