Ready to launch

03 July 2015
Today is the day we launch Neverland. We arrived here on Tuesday at 5pm. After a long two days of travel opted to sleep first and visit the boat in the morning. Wednesday and Thursday was the long list of boat work to do. Wash deck, hank sails, put her back together. And then the big task of whether all systems function. Engine needed fuel filter change and some other things before we got her running. Every system we checked had one or two things that required repair. Just the norm for a boat that has been sitting for two years. After two 14 hr days we believe she is ready. We will launch today, rest in a slip to finish final details, and hopefully visit Old Town tonight. Tomorrow (Saturday) we will head south to Greece-Corfu and should arrive by Monday July 6th. It will be interesting what the emotional and financial climate will be since it will be the day after they vote on the referendum of whether or not to stay in the EU. Hope all is well where you are. No pictures yet. Still trying to get all the systems to agree with each other. Hopefully we'll have some soon.
