Two, oh wait, no, three wonderful things happened today! One was we had wind!! We had a great sail and kept sailing the area just for the sake of sailing. After we left Lefkas we continued on the canal until it opened into the wide basin where the wind sent us on a broad reach jaunt going up to six knots. We had all the sails up and our favorite we were heeled over a tad. It was great. Several other boats were out also just for a good day of sailing. We came into the anchorage at Ormos Vlikha and I freewheeled the anchor for the first time! It was so great to have that feature working-a drop of 27 meters of heavy chain in minutes made our anchoring experience fast and secure. And we celebrate 38 years of marriage toady! We spent the evening on deck watching the stars.
