Swimming with the Galapagos sea lions

We are now in the Galapagos and are very close to nature. Sometimes a little too close. A couple of nights ago a sea lion joined us for dinner. Mum screamed. It roared. Mum screamed again. At last I blew the foghorn and made a whopping big noise and he bolted. There are also marine iguanas around which are not found anywhere else but Galapagos. I also went snorkelling and saw a carpet of fish, two sea lions and two turtles. Its so amazing to see the sea lions twisting, swooping and gliding under you. Yesterday we went to the Charles Darwin centre to see the giant turtles, including Lonesome George, one that is the last of his kind and was here since Charles Darwin, that's 200 years!!! There are lots of other kid boats around which has been fun.
