Cabo update

10 November 2013 | Cabo San Lucas
Mexico 11/08
We began the day with a Mexican breakfast near the Marina. We attended a Baja-Haha beach party, where we enjoyed the 80 degree water and the cold beers. Susan, and John's daughters, Sammy and Christian, joined us on the beach after flying in from Los Angeles. We cooked a fabulous dinner of fresh dorado, caught by Kyle the day before. Sleeping in a bed that was not rocking was quite a pleasure. As with most of our days on this trip, we were tired and turned in early.

Today is Kyle and Cody's birthday! Nineteen years have passed so quickly. We ran around wrapping up details like getting our tourist visas, so that we are now in Mexico legally. There is a big awards party tonight for the Haha fleet, so we will be attending. I figure that we might win an award for the most motoring, ha-ha! Kyle is eager to go jet skiing, so we will try to knock that out tomorrow. Milo has gone to meet his family, who are flying in today. They will be staying in some luxurious resort nearby. The rest of us will be staying at the vacation home of our good friends, Chuck and Lisa Lehman. Thanks so much!
We went out for a nice dinner after the awards banquet. Kyle received a "luchedore" mask for his birthday and wasted no time in putting his wrestling skills to the test (see picture).
