‘Twas the week before Christmas

'Twas the week before Christmas,
And all through the boat ,
Things still needed checking
To keep us afloat,
Lockers were full
Of out of date food
Which didn't bode well
For a pre Christmas mood
Christmas lights bought,
Still sat in a box,
Christmas jumpers in England
Left with our socks - doh !
Engine to run ,
And Batteries to check ,
Make sure the dingy's
attached to the deck!
Booze still to buy,
And Christmas Fayre too
Letter to Santa
Well overdue
But we're on the case
Got time - Never fear
To Wish you Merry Christmas
And a Happy New Year
LOVE TO YOU ALL
Here's hoping your Christmas is magical and you all get to share it with some, if not all of the people you love x
Stay Safe and we'll see you in 2022 !
